Packaging

We use Royal mail defined Large Latter boxes which are designed to pass through the standard UK letter box. This allows us to ship orders and have them land into the property of the address provided. It nearly all cases this eliminates the need for the customer to have to pick the order up from a sorting depot, also increasing the time in transit.

These are sturdy double wall boxes and will vary depending on the size of the order placed. Made from cardboard, these can be recycled.

 

Shipping

We aim to send all orders same day before 3pm. On rare occasions this can move to the following day and in the event of Bank Holidays we reserve the right to adjust dispatch days in the best interest of live perishable items.

We use Royal Mail 24 as the default service and the prices displayed on our website are inclusive of this service. Royal mail aim to deliver on this service within 1-2 days.

Orders with a total value of £25 and more will be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 free of charge. This includes email/SMS updates while in transit. Royal Mail aim to delivery this service within 1-2 days, however historically we find this to be next day delivery in most cases.
