About Us

We are a small family run business based in Plymouth, Devon.

Having had a passion in the hobby for 25+ years, worked in the trade itself for 5 years, we decided to branch out and create an identity for ourselves. We listened to many customers pre/post covid, pre/post the energy cost surge and have tried to balance out what means the most as a hobbyist. 

We created Pandar Aquatics with the primary goal of combining quality at an affordable cost. This comprises of

• Our own images (based on the most accurate representation of items which inherently will vary).
• Real time inventory accuracy (we don't buy to order, we keep what we say were selling in stock)
• Shipping in sturdy boxes that fit through your letter box 
• Delivered within 1-2 days from the point of order. 

Very quickly we built a customer base to which once having had the experience of our personal service, developed a high degree of returning customers. For that, we are very proud and grateful.
